Enjoyed the honeymoon package with excellent breakfast menus and ambiance. Convenient location, just a short walk to bustling square and restaurants.- Friendly and accommodating staff who provided personalized service.

Traffic noise during the day, but did not disturb sleep. Chairs in the restaurant were uncomfortable.

The hotel's decoration exudes a classic charm that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy access to the main areas and amenities within the property. The staff was always available to assist and ensure my comfort during my stay.

While the children working there were attentive and friendly, I wish there had been more tea bags available in my Villa. As a senior woman, I enjoy having tea more than once a day, and having an ample supply would have made my vacation even better.

The only facility on-site is Kassava restaurant, serving both western and Indonesian food. They even have daily happy hour specials, so you can get drunk and stuff your face at the same time. The hotel is decorated with tall trees, stone statues, and flowing water features, making it feel like a tropical paradise. Plus, the free WiFi is a nice touch.

The only downside was that I couldn't stay there forever. The real world was calling, unfortunately.

The general areas, like the lobby and restaurant, were easily accessible and had comfortable seating for relaxed moments. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring that the villas had clear paths and ramps, making it easier to navigate around the property.

It would have been even better if there were more options specifically tailored to senior guests. Perhaps some activities or facilities designed for us, as well as staff who are knowledgeable about the needs and preferences of older travelers.
